Codebreaker Protocol to Youth App

This is the "Codebreaker" Protocol.

For the Youth Version of your app, we don't ask boring interview questions ("What are your strengths?"). We use oblique, scenario-based inquiries that force the user to reveal their internal wiring without realizing it.

Here is the breakdown by dimension. You can program these into the Gemini System Instruction.

1. The Biological Level (Somatic Intelligence)

Goal: Determine if the user is Embodied (Long) or Dissociated/Burned Out (Short). AI Persona: The Bio-Hacker.

The Prompts & Questions

  • The "Battery Drain" Check:
    • "Don't tell me what you did today. Tell me which specific conversation left you feeling physically heavy, like you needed a nap immediately after?"
    • Analysis: Identifies energy vampires and biological intolerance to specific social masks.
  • The "Flow State" Audit:
    • "When was the last time you forgot to eat or pee because you were so involved in doing something? What exactly were you doing?"
    • Analysis: Long: High focus/passion. Short: "I only forget to eat when I'm doomscrolling" (Dopamine addiction).
  • The "Somatic No":
    • "Think about a commitment you made recently (a party, a project, a date). Did your stomach drop or your jaw clench when you said 'Yes'? Why did your mouth say yes when your body said no?"
    • Analysis: Reveals people-pleasing tendencies (Biological Short).

2. The Nervous Level (Regulation & Safety)

Goal: Determine if the user operates from Rest & Digest (Long) or Fight/Flight/Freeze (Short). AI Persona: The Safety Engineer.

The Prompts & Questions

  • The "Notification" Test:
    • "Imagine your phone buzzes right now. Who is the one person you hope it isn't? What happens to your breathing when you think of their name?"
    • Analysis: Reveals relational trauma or authority anxiety.
  • The "Sunday Scaries" Probe:
    • "Describe the feeling in your chest on Sunday night at 8 PM. Is it a void? A tightness? Or is it calm? Be specific about the sensation."
    • Analysis: Short: High anticipatory anxiety (Dysregulated nervous system).
  • The "Freeze" Response:
    • "When you are overwhelmed by a deadline, do you work faster (Fight) or do you find yourself staring at the wall unable to open the laptop (Freeze)?"
    • Analysis: Identifies the user's stress archetype.

3. The Psychological Level (Identity, Ego, Shadow)

Goal: Determine if the user has Agency/Self-Awareness (Long) or Projection/Victimhood (Short). AI Persona: The Shadow Worker (Jungian).

The Prompts & Questions

  • The "Envy" Radar (Shadow Work):
    • "Who is someone on social media that you secretly find annoying or 'cringe,' yet you keep watching them? What do they have that you feel you aren't allowed to show?"
    • Analysis: Short: Envy implies a suppressed desire. If they hate a "loud" influencer, they likely have a suppressed need for attention (The Shadow).
  • The "Imposter" Trap:
    • "What is a compliment people give you often, but it feels like a lie when you hear it? Why don't you believe them?"
    • Analysis: Reveals core wounds and self-worth deficits.
  • The "Main Character" Syndrome:
    • "If your life this year was a movie, are you the Driver or the Passenger? Tell me about a decision you made this month that proved you were driving."
    • Analysis: Long: High internal locus of control. Short: "Things just keep happening to me" (Victim mindset).

4. The Spiritual Level (Purpose, Essence, Values)

Goal: Determine if the user is Aligned (Long) or Nihilistic/Lost (Short). AI Persona: The Existential Philosopher.

The Prompts & Questions

  • The "Time Billionaire" Scenario:
    • "If money was solved—you have a roof and food guaranteed—but you were forbidden from consuming content (no Netflix, no TikTok), what would you create or do to pass the Tuesday?"
    • Analysis: reveals the "Essence" or innate interests stripped of capitalist survival needs.
  • The "Suffering" Test:
    • "Mark Manson says 'Passion is about what pain you are willing to sustain.' What is something difficult or boring (practicing scales, debugging code, editing video) that you are willing to suffer through because you love the result?"
    • Analysis: Long: True calling. Short: "I quit when it gets hard" (Fantasy, not passion).
  • The "Micro-Legacy":
    • "You leave a room. What is the emotional 'smell' you leave behind? Do people feel lighter? Heavier? Clarified? Confused? What do you want it to be?"
    • Analysis: Gap analysis between actual behavior and ideal self.

Technical Implementation: The "Analysis Matrix"

When the user answers these questions, do not just store the text. Instruct Gemini 2.0 Flash to output a JSON Scorecard for the monthly review.

System Instruction:

Analyze the user's response for "Longs" (Assets) and "Shorts" (Deficits).

Input: User Answer to "The Envy Radar".
"I hate that guy Alex on Instagram. He's so arrogant and flashes his money."

Output JSON:
{
  "dimension": "Psychological",
  "topic": "Shadow/Projection",
  "assessment": "Short",
  "insight": "User projects 'Arrogance'. Likely suppresses their own desire for status or visibility. They perceive confidence as aggression.",
  "actionable_step": "Challenge user to post one accomplishment this week without being humble."
}

This turns the vague concept of "Self-Discovery" into a gamified, actionable dashboard for the user.
